Standard Requirements to Take an Online Exam

A private room - if you don't have access to a private space, contact your training program or local library for accessibility. The exam should remain in a private space with four walls (not glass), and at least one door.

On Exam Day

STEP 1: Prepare your testing space

Quiet: no background sound and notify members of your family you are taking an exam

STEP 3: Prepare your computer
Detach any extra displays and close all other open applications.

Have your battery chargers (laptop computer, cell phone or tablet) plugged in or close by

Utilize a wired web connection instead of WiFi, if possible.

If utilizing WiFi, we suggest a minimum of 3Mbps and ask that other household members do not use the internet during your exam.

Detach any VPNs or firewalls if you have them

STEP 4: Download the ExamRoom 360 app

Download the ExamRoom CNA Exam Online 360 app to your smartphone or tablet and have your CNA365 login credentials available (the user name and password for your Credentia CNA365 account). This app is required to finish a 360 degree space scan, and to permit the proctor to monitor you throughout the exam. Please note that your smart device or tablet camera is needed in addition to your computer camera throughout your exam.

STEP 5: Check-in for your exam

To sign in for your exam, go to your state website on this website and click the CNA365 login button. When logged in, find your scheduled exam on your dashboard and pick the "Start Exam" button.
